Spoonies: Give Yourself Grace
This course is an invitation for anyone who is suffering from low energy, chronic pain, fatigue or other circumstances or conditions which mean you have to watch your energy levels. The invitation is this: be kind to yourself, give yourself grace, and allow yourself permission to receive what you need.
The course will cover a range of practices, from those which hold space for the real and emotional experience of having limited energy, to practical tools for self care, checking in with low energy, or preparing to advocate for yourself (again…), and daily practices which can be used again and again.
