Reiki I: Self-Healing
This is where you start with Reiki, which is Universal Life Force Energy, a gentle healing energy which promotes peace, balance and relaxation. Receive your first connection with the Reiki energy, learn some simple techniques for self-healing, how to treat family and friends, and explore the Reiki precepts. Reiki I Certification Course
In this 3 day course on Insight Timer you will receive your first connection with the Reiki energy, learn some simple techniques for self-healing, how to treat family and friends, and explore the Reiki precepts.
The group is kept deliberately small for a more intimate learning experience, and Keziah works to make her classroom as accessible as possible.
The live, interactive classes will be over 3 Sundays in October:

Reiki I via Mentoring on Insight Timer

If you have completed the 21 Day Reiki Realisation and Reiki Precepts courses on Insight Timer, you can now receive your Reiki 1 certification with Keziah through a mentoring session.
This option is now available worldwide through Insight Timer.
How it works:
1️⃣ Complete the 21 Day Reiki Realisation and Reiki Precepts courses
2️⃣ Book a 1-on-1 session for certification via my Insight Timer profile, using the button below.
3️⃣ Complete the practice and answer the questions assigned at the time of booking
4️⃣ Your certification session: You'll receive an extra attunement and empowerment and we'll debrief your Reiki journey so far before making sure you have everything you need to practice at this level with confidence
5️⃣ At the end of the session, you'll receive your certificate
This option has been created to add flexibility and make it easier for you to begin and continue your Reiki journey.

This is the level you'd want to be at before you practiced Reiki professionally, but many people take Reiki II simply for their own personal development.
Receive further attunements and empowerments, meet some new energies and the symbols and sounds used to work with them, practice treating clients in a professional setting.
Certification course. Now available online as a small group course through Insight Timer, places are limited to a maximum of 12.
Pre-requisites: Reiki I; minimum of three months' daily practice at Reiki I level
Course duration: 5x 2.5hr sessions
Investment: $295 and includes all manuals, tuition, certification, and access to the course videos and private course circle.

For those who are firmly committed to the Reiki path.
Receive Master level attunements and empowerments, work with Master level energies, symbols, sounds and meditations. Learn to give attunements and empowerments to others and how to structure a course. This course includes teaching practice and a private tutorial session.
Pre-requisites: Reiki II; minimum of six months' daily practice at Reiki II level; completion of pre-work
Course duration: 18 input hours, 1 hr personal tutorials, 1 hr assessed teaching session
Investment: $645
To join the course in September 2022;

For those who have experience as a Reiki Practitioner, but who do not yet wish to go on to Master/Teacher.
You will learn the energy meditations and practices required to move on to Master level and how to apply them to yourself and with clients.
Should you decide to then move on to the Master/Teacher certificate, this course can be converted.
Pre-requisites: Reiki II; minimum of six months' daily practice at Reiki II level; completion of pre-work
Course duration: 12 input hours + 1hr personal tutorial
